Gillian Walker

Gillian Walker is the Property Manager for Lexin Realty in the Central Florida Region. Joining Celebration Town Center in early 2005, Ms. Walker is responsible for managing the daily operations and fiscal responsibilities or running commercial properties for Lexin. Prior to joining Celebration Town Center, Ms. Walker served as District Manager for Severn Trent Environmental Services. Her operations capability is highlighted by her accomplishments as a Team Leader. Ms. Walker’s exceptional track record of business improvement is based on her philosophy of total enterprise engagement in an ever-changing social economic environment.

Ms. Walker attended Jacksonville University where she majored in Communications and Public Relations and minored in, Business Law. Currently, Gillian is a CPM candidate with IREM.

Cynthia Collao

Cyndi Collao is the Assistant Property manager for Celebration Town Center in the Central Florida Region. She is has been with Celebration Town Center since 2005 where she is responsible for the handling of all vendor contracts, employee relations, accounts receivable/payable, and staff supervision and support. She also serves as a support role for the Property Manager in daily operations. Prior to joining Lexin Realty, Ms. Collao was employed at Severn Trent Environmental Services, where she was the Assistant to the District Manager of 38 Community Development Districts, overseeing a wide variety of property management activity.

Ms. Collao attended St. John’s University in Queens, NY where she majored in Business Administration.

Michael Nunez

Michael Nunez is the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for Celebration Town Center in the Central Florida Region. Joining Celebration Town Center in 2006, Mr. Nunez handles a variety of tasks including Marketing, Public and Community Relations, event planning, web development, media outreach and relations, marketing consultation, tourist development, and community stewardship. Additionally Mr. Nunez oversees Lexin Realty’s Energy Star and conservation efforts. Prior to joining Celebration Town Center, Mr. Nunez worked in the non-profit world, organizing events and public relations for national non-profit organizations on local, state and national levels.

Mr. Nunez graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with Bachelors of Sciences in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications and continues his studies to this day. He is also a certified mediator for UCF and serves on various Public Relations and Charitable Foundation boards throughout Central Florida.

Dennis Tenniswood

Dennis Tenniswood is the Chief Engineer and Maintenance Team Leader for Celebration Town Center in the Central Florida Region. Joining Celebration Town Center in 2007, Mr. Tenniswood is responsible for operational maintenance of the property and keeping Celebration to the pristine condition that is known the world over. Prior to joining Lexin Realty, Mr. Tenniswood worked for Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) as the Maintenance Manager for Celebration’s HOA. Before moving to Celebration, he spent 13 years with the City of Center Line in Michigan within the Department of Public Works and 24 years within the Volunteer Fire Division.

Mr. Tenniswood is a specialist within his field and holds many certifications including HVAC technician, plumbing and electrician. Currently, Mr. Tenniswood is the Leader of the Celebration Safety Task Force Committee and a Celebration Neighborhood Watch Liaison, as well as the serving with the Celebration Emergency Operations Division.
