Janice Payne

Janice Payne is the Property Manager for Lexin Realty in the Central Florida Region overseeing both the Celebration and Lake Nona acquisitions. Mrs. Payne is responsible for managing the daily operations and fiscal management for both commercial properties in these areas. Prior to joining Celebration Town Center and Lexin Realty, Mrs. Payne served as Community Manager for Bell Partners, Inc. in Orlando, Florida. She has over 11 years experience in Property Management including experience with Melrose-Sovereign Management, American-Invesco, Archon Residential Management, Contravest/Kaplan Man agent and prior experience with Lexin Capital.

Mrs. Payne attended Middlesex Community College where she studies Business Administration In addition, Mrs. Payne has received multiple certifications and awards for her performance and brings a proven track record of success.

Michael Nunez

Michael Nunez is the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for Celebration Town Center in the Central Florida Region. Joining Celebration Town Center in 2006, Mr. Nunez handles a variety of tasks including Marketing, Public and Community Relations, event planning, web development, media outreach and relations, marketing consultation, tourist development, and community stewardship. Additionally Mr. Nunez oversees Lexin Realty’s Energy Star and conservation efforts. Prior to joining Celebration Town Center, Mr. Nunez worked in the non-profit world, organizing events and public relations for national non-profit organizations on local, state and national levels.

Mr. Nunez graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with Bachelors of Sciences in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications and continues his studies to this day. He is also a certified mediator for UCF and serves on various Public Relations and Charitable Foundation boards throughout Central Florida.

Charles Coffman

Charles Coffman is the Chief Engineer and Maintenance Team Leader for Celebration Town Center in the Central Florida Region as well as the Nona Commons property in Lake Nona, FL. Joining Celebration Town Center in May 2014, Mr. Coffman is responsible for operational maintenance of the property and keeping Celebration to the pristine condition that is known the world over. Prior to joining Lexin Realty, Mr. Coffman worked for The Simon Group (Simon Malls) . Before moving to the Orlando Area, he grew up in Ormond by the Sea, and has spent the last twenty-seven years as an Orlando resident.

Mr. Coffman is a specialist within his field with over thirty years of maintenance experience. He holds many certifications including HVAC, EPA Certification, and the Army Corps of Engineers-Quality Control Management.
