Lexin has a partnership with one of the largest private homebuilders in Florida to develop three residential communities located in Palm Beach county Florida with a total estimated development of 2,300 homes.
At the beginning of 2010, our Builder partners started to develop the first land parcel with approximately 600 homes to be built targeting the active adult residents. The first phase activities build the necessary land infrastructure including the roads, drainage, water and sewer connections and utilities. Lexin expects the land development to continue throughout 2010 and model homes are expected to be built in the Fall.
